Ingredients
- —400ml coconut milk, canned
- —200ml almond milk
- —3 tsp agar-agar
- —2 tbsp maple syrup
- —1 tsp vanilla
- —150g mixed berries
Method
- 01Whisk agar-agar into cold coconut and almond milk.
- 02Heat gently until dissolved, add maple syrup and vanilla.
- 03Pour into moulds, cool then refrigerate 3 hours.
- 04Serve topped with mixed berries.
