Ingredients
- —6 tbsp chia seeds
- —400ml almond milk
- —2 tbsp cocoa powder
- —2 tsp maple syrup
- —1 tsp vanilla extract
- —pinch of salt
Method
- 01Whisk cocoa, maple syrup and vanilla into almond milk.
- 02Stir in chia seeds, whisk again after 5 min to prevent clumping.
- 03Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until thick.
