Storage: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months — just thaw for a few minutes before eating.
Reheating: No reheating needed — enjoy straight from the fridge or freezer.
Pairing: A convenient grab-and-go snack on its own, or pair with a piece of fruit for extra fibre.
