Ingredients
- —8 Medjool dates, pitted
- —60g walnuts
- —2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- —1 tsp cinnamon
- —1 tbsp cocoa powder
- —pinch of salt
Method
- 01Blend dates and walnuts in food processor until sticky dough forms.
- 02Add flaxseed, cinnamon, cocoa and salt — pulse to combine.
- 03Roll into 8 balls, refrigerate 20 min before serving.
