Ingredients
- —300g frozen edamame in pods
- —1 tsp sea salt
- —1 lemon, zested and juiced
- —1 tsp sesame oil
- —chilli flakes
Method
- 01Boil edamame in salted water 4-5 min.
- 02Drain and toss with lemon zest, juice, sesame oil and chilli.
- 03Sprinkle with sea salt and serve warm.
