Ingredients
- —400g lactose-free Greek yogurt
- —2 tbsp honey
- —1 tsp vanilla extract
- —150g mixed berries
- —2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- —1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Method
- 01Mix yogurt with honey and vanilla, spread 1cm thick on parchment-lined tray.
- 02Scatter berries, seeds and chocolate chips over top.
- 03Freeze minimum 3 hours until solid.
- 04Break into shards and serve immediately.
