Ingredients
- —4 eggs
- —3 tbsp hazelnuts
- —2 tbsp sesame seeds
- —1 tsp cumin
- —1 tsp coriander
- —pinch of salt
- —olive oil for dipping
Method
- 01Boil eggs 8 min, cool in ice water, peel and halve.
- 02Toast hazelnuts and sesame in dry pan until golden.
- 03Crush nuts with spices to make dukkah.
- 04Dip eggs in olive oil, coat in dukkah and serve.
