- —2 zucchini, sliced
- —2 tbsp olive oil
- —2 sprigs rosemary
- —Fresh mint
- —Lemon
- —Sea salt, pepper
Method
- 01Roast zucchini at 200°C with oil and salt, 18 min.
- 02Sear lamb chops 3 min per side. Add rosemary last minute.
- 03Plate, top with mint and lemon.
