Ingredients
- —50 g Millet
- —250 ml Plant-based milk (almond or oat)
- —½ Banana
- —80 g Strawberries
- —1 tbsp Coconut flakes
- —1 pinch Cinnamon
- —1 tsp Honey or maple syrup

Method
- 01Rinse the millet, then add to a pot with plant-based milk in a 1:5 ratio.
- 02Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until creamy.
- 03Spoon into a bowl and top with sliced banana, strawberries and coconut flakes.
- 04Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you like.
