Ingredients
- —500 g Chicken breast
- —2 Bell peppers
- —1 Red onion
- —1 tsp Paprika and cumin

Method
- 01Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- 02Cut the chicken and vegetables into strips, arrange on a tray.
- 03Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with spices and season with salt.
- 04Roast for 18–20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- 05Divide between bowls and add the avocado.
