Method
- 01Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 02Arrange the asparagus on a baking tray, drizzle with oil and season with salt.
- 03Place the salmon alongside, season with garlic, salt and pepper.
- 04Roast for 15 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- 05Drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
