Ingredients
- —2 trout fillets (180g each)
- —2 tbsp slivered almonds
- —250 g green beans
- —2 tbsp olive oil
- —1 tbsp butter
- —Lemon
- —Parsley, salt, pepper
Method
- 01Steam green beans 5 min, set aside.
- 02Pan-sear trout skin-down 4 min, flip 2 min.
- 03Toast almonds in butter 2 min.
- 04Spoon almond butter over trout. Serve with beans, lemon, parsley.
