Method
- 01Place chicken, vegetables, ginger, vinegar, turmeric in slow cooker.
- 02Cover with cold water. LOW 8 hours or HIGH 4.
- 03Lift out chicken, shred meat, return to pot.
- 04Season, serve with parsley.
