- —4 carrots, diced
- —1 piece ginger
- —1 tsp turmeric
- —1 tsp cumin
- —6 cups vegetable stock

Method
- 01Combine lentils, carrots, ginger, spices and stock in slow cooker.
- 02LOW 5 hours.
- 03Blend partially with immersion blender.
- 04Finish with oil, lemon, parsley.
