Ingredients
- —1 cucumber
- —80g smoked salmon
- —3 tbsp lactose-free Greek yogurt
- —1 tbsp capers
- —1 tbsp fresh dill
- —1 tsp lemon juice
- —black pepper
Method
- 01Slice cucumber into 1cm rounds and pat dry.
