- —2 handfuls baby spinach
- —1 slice gluten-free sourdough
- —1 tsp olive oil
- —Lemon zest

Method
- 01Wilt spinach in olive oil over low heat 2 min.
- 02Soft-scramble eggs over very low heat, 3–4 min.
