- —2 sweet potatoes
- —2 tbsp olive oil
- —Rosemary
- —2 cups broccoli
- —Sea salt, pepper

Method
- 01Roast sweet potato wedges at 220°C, 25 min.
- 02Steam broccoli 5 min.
- 03Sear steak 3–4 min per side, rest 5 min.
- 04Plate with rosemary, butter.
