- —300 g firm tofu, cubed
- —2 heads bok choy
- —1 carrot, sliced
- —1 tbsp ginger
- —2 tbsp tamari
- —1 tsp sesame oil
- —2 tbsp coconut oil
- —Sesame seeds, scallion greens
Method
- 01Pan-fry tofu in coconut oil 6 min until golden.
- 02Add ginger, carrot 2 min.
- 03Add bok choy and tamari, cook 3 min.
- 04Finish with sesame oil, seeds, scallion.
